FindMyInjuryDoctor.com is a free directory and referral service. We help people locate medical providers who treat injuries arising from workplace accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and slip-and-fall incidents.

We are not:

• a medical provider, medical practice, clinic, or healthcare facility
• a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this site
• an insurance company or an insurance adjuster
• affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Labor, the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, or any other government agency

We are compensated by the providers who participate in our directory. Providers pay a fixed fee to participate. This is how the service remains free to injured people.

3. No medical or legal advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Content is general information only and may not apply to your situation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your injury and a licensed attorney about your legal rights.

Statutes, claim rules, deadlines, and insurance requirements vary by state and change over time. We make no guarantee that information on this site is current or applies to you.

4. No provider relationship

Using this site does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and us, or between you and any provider listed in our directory. A treatment relationship is formed only between you and a provider, directly, on the terms you agree with that provider.

5. Directory listings

Inclusion in our directory is not an endorsement, certification, credential, or recommendation, and it is not a representation about any provider’s qualifications, licensure, competence, or availability.

We do not guarantee any outcome — medical, financial, or legal. We do not guarantee that a provider will accept you as a patient, that any particular treatment will be authorised or covered, or that any claim will succeed.

You are responsible for verifying a provider’s licensure, credentials, and suitability before beginning treatment. Provider information may be incomplete or out of date.

6. SMS program terms

Any text messages you receive from a provider you were matched with are sent by that provider under its own consent and its own program terms, not ours.

7. Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it relates to you, or that you have authority to submit it on behalf of the person it relates to. You grant us permission to share it with participating providers as described in our Privacy Policy, and to contact you about your request by the methods you have consented to.

Do not submit information about anyone else without their permission.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit false information, impersonate anyone, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse service at our discretion.
